Business-to-business draftThe legal entity, address, governing-law details and final commercial terms must be confirmed before launch and reviewed for the actual operating model.

1. Service scope

Tender Gain provides clearly scoped tender-readiness, writing, review and supplier-document support. The accepted proposal defines the deliverables, client inputs, timetable, fees, review rounds and exclusions.

2. Client responsibilities

The client must supply accurate and lawful information, disclose relevant limitations, provide the complete buyer documents and updates, review drafts promptly, verify every factual statement and approve declarations, prices, commitments and the final submission.

3. No guarantee

Tender Gain does not guarantee compliance, eligibility, a score, shortlisting, a tender win, a contract award, revenue or buyer acceptance. Procurement decisions remain with the buyer.

4. Professional boundaries

The service is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, regulated procurement, engineering, fire-safety or health-and-safety advice. Documents that require competent-person or specialist approval remain subject to that approval.

5. Evidence and prohibited use

The client must not ask Tender Gain to invent or conceal information, misrepresent experience, falsify evidence, bypass procurement rules or submit content it knows to be inaccurate. Work may be paused or ended where integrity concerns arise.

6. Buyer documents and third-party rights

The client confirms it is authorised to share materials. Buyer templates, portals and third-party content remain subject to their terms, confidentiality and intellectual-property rights.

7. Drafts and approval

Drafts are working materials until approved. Tender Gain may use clear queries or placeholders where client information is missing. The client remains responsible for final checking and submission unless the proposal expressly states otherwise.

8. Fees, changes and cancellation

Fees, deposits, payment dates, change control, urgent work, cancellation and any refunds are set out in the proposal. Work outside the agreed scope requires written agreement.

9. Confidentiality and data

Each party should protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement. Personal data is handled under the privacy notice and applicable data-protection law.

10. Liability

Final liability wording and any cap must be proportionate, legally reviewed and included in the accepted contract. Nothing should exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Contact and effective date
