Accessibility approach

Tender Gain aims for this website to be usable by as many people as possible and has been designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles. The build includes keyboard-accessible navigation, a skip link, visible focus states, semantic headings, labelled forms, responsive layouts, sufficient colour contrast and reduced-motion support.

Using the website

You should be able to zoom, navigate with a keyboard, use common screen-reader features and complete the enquiry form without relying on colour alone.

Known limitations

Uploaded client or buyer documents may not be accessible because Tender Gain does not control their source format. Any future embedded third-party tools, scheduling systems or document viewers must be assessed before launch.

Requesting an alternative format

For help accessing website information or requesting a reasonable alternative format, email enquiries@tendergain.co.uk. Do not include sensitive tender information in an accessibility request.

Feedback

Please describe the page, device, browser and problem. Accessibility feedback should be reviewed and prioritised as part of website maintenance.

Preparation date

This statement was prepared on 21 July 2026 and should be retested after material design, content or third-party changes.
